Goals.png

The main goal at Nutritional Roots Wellness and of Nutritional Therapy is to empower YOU.  This empowerment comes from  a stronger awareness of your body, its processes, and how it feels with nutritional supports.  During our time together, we will work to create goals that support and bring balance to the five foundational roots of nutritional health - Digestion, Blood Sugar Regulation, Hydration, Minerals, and Fatty Acids.  We always start by uncovering imbalances in your digestion - a very important foundational root!

At Nutritional Roots Wellness, digestion is the priority! The goal of digestion is to reduce food to molecules so small that the nutrients can be absorbed and used by our body’s cells.

Healthy fatty acid levels support musculoskeletal, endocrine, cardiovascular, immune function, and more!

Blood sugar regulation in our body supports energy production and balance, tissue integrity of organs, hormonal balance, and brain health!

Proper mineral levels can help to maintain pH balance, facilitate transfer of nutrients, encourage proper nerve conduction, and manage contracting and relaxing of muscles.

Water is the most important nutrient in the body.  Our cells, and body, are made up mostly of water!

FNTP’s help people connect how they feel with the foods (or supplements) entering their body.  We gather information to support the healing processes in the body so homeostasis can be restored.  Basically - bring balance to your foundational roots so you can feel better and more energized!
