At this appointment, I want to hear about your health situation! We will discuss where you are health-wise, your concerns, and my evaluation of the intake documents you provided. We will figure out if your food intake is supportive and how specific macronutrients can be supportive, Finally, together, we will establish nutritional and lifestyle goals that meet your comfort level AND support your foundational roots. You will walk away with information and guidance to help balance out your health! The first appointment will take 90 minutes. You will complete documents that provide critical information for this first appointment. They must be complete 3 days before your first appointment to ensure time for a thorough evaluation! If they are not complete by this first appointment, we will reschedule. At the end of this appointment, we'll discuss options for moving forward. You may feel ready and empowered to work independently. That's great! Or, you may want to continue your sessions with Nutritional Roots Wellness. Either way, the priority is the support of YOUR health!
