RESTART® Thursdays IN-PERSON

Service Description

RESTART® is a guided 5-week program prioritizing a whole food approach. This program combines nutrition education, a built-in 3 week Real Food Challenge, and small group support into a powerful way to kickstart a new healthy lifestyle. This session begins Thursday, July 21! We will meet five consecutive Thursdays from 5:30 - 7:00 pm (EST). Location: Kribs Chiropractic and Wellness Center 3946 East Lake Lansing Road, Suite 120, East Lansing, MI, 48823 The dates will be: July 21, 28, and August 4, 11, and 18 NOTE: By clicking 'Book Now' you will be allowed to book for the session beginning July 21, 2021. You will select that date to register. This session is an in-person session!
